Administration

We’ll arrange payment of all household bills, like rates and electricity, and deal with your non-personal post.

Property

Our services include the painting of your property and general repair work.

Housekeeping

A daily maid service is included in the management charges, as well as linen change, and emptying of bins. Or you can tailor the service to suit yourself using our hourly rate.

Pool & Garden

Our pool men come twice a week to clean the filters, check the water levels and ensure the water has the correct PH balance. The service charges include all gardening and plant irrigation work.

Rental

If you want to see a return on your investment from rental income, we will be happy to handle this for you. Just let us know and we will forward our rental representation contract to you.

Gym

Our clubhouse has a gym with a wide range of modern equipment to help you tone your body or just stay fit during your stay. There is no charge for using the gym.
